Air India Partners with WestJet to Expand North America Connectivity

Air India has announced a strategic interline partnership with WestJet, significantly enhancing travel connectivity between India and North America. This collaboration allows passengers to enjoy seamless travel experiences with expanded access to over 30 destinations across Canada and the United States.

The newly formed partnership enables travelers to book single-ticket itineraries that combine flights operated by both airlines. This simplifies travel planning while ensuring coordinated baggage handling and smoother transfers throughout the journey.

Passengers flying with Air India to major Canadian hubs like Toronto and Vancouver can now easily connect to a broader network of destinations through WestJet.

Expanded Access Across Canada and the United States

With this agreement, travelers gain access to:

  • 17 cities in Canada, including Calgary, Montreal, Ottawa, and Halifax
  • 14 cities in the United States, such as Los Angeles, San Francisco, Atlanta, and Las Vegas

This expansion opens up more than 30 new routes, making North America more accessible than ever for Indian travelers.

Additionally, the airline operates 75 weekly services to Europe, supporting extended connectivity under this partnership.
