Traveling with children? Children aged 4-11 can travel for free when accompanied by an adult (except when a reservation fee is mandatory). Each adult can bring up to two children, allowing for family adventures. If more than two children are traveling with one adult, an additional Youth Pass must be purchased for each extra child. Children traveling with someone holding a Senior Pass or a Youth Pass are not eligible for free travel and must have their own Child Pass.

When it comes to Eurail Mobile Pass options, there are two types available: Consecutive and Flexi. The Continuous pass offers unlimited travel within a specified timeframe, while the Flexi pass allows you to choose a set number of travel days within a longer period, ranging from 4 days within a month to a consecutive 3-month pass.

Type of Eurail Global Pass

Consecutive and Flexible passes.

Both the above passes are available in 1st and 2nd class and also offer the youth pass option for travelers under 28 years of age.

  • Consecutive Pass – Validity: Valid on 15 days, 22 days, 1, 2 & 3 months. The pass allows the passengers to travel on consecutive days depending on the number of days the pass is purchased for.
  • Flexible Pass – Validity: Valid on 4 days in a month, 5 days in a month, 7 days in a month, 10 days in 2 months & 15 days in 2 months.
    This pass offers the same services and benefits but gives greater flexibility since it allows you to utilize the chosen number of days within a one-month period or two months
